MASK REQUIREMENT:
While the Government of Canada has decided that masks are no longer required in most areas, this does not include HEALTH CARE CLINICS, such as Resonance Acupuncture & TCM. Please continue to wear a face covering during your appointment. If you do not have a mask, I am happy to provide one for you!

ARRIVAL TIME &WAITING AREA RESTRICTIONS:

Please arrive for your appointment no more than 5 mins before your time.

Please note; due to space restrictions, there is NO Waiting area at the Clinic. Individuals accompanying patients to appointments are encouraged to explore the many cafes, restaurants and parks in the area and return to pick up the patient at the end of their session. Thank you for understanding.

DOG FRIENDLY SPACE:

My home clinic at 15 Greenview Ave. is dog friendly as I have a medium-sized dog. Please let me know if you have any allergies or fear of dogs.

Scent Free Policy:

Please note that the clinic is a scent free area.

Treatment Policy:

Registered Acupuncturists (R.Acs) in Ontario are regulated health professionals who are required by their governing body to ensure that hands on treatment is safe and effective for their patients. Though we do our best to manage appointment times accurately, timing may vary slightly by a few minutes here and there.

Treatments include health history intake and interview regarding changes/updates to conditions, tongue and pulse diagnosis, Acupuncture treatment + supplemental Chinese Medicine modalities and home care recommendations, questions and answer period.

Cancellation Policy:

We completely understand that at times life just gets in the way and there may be a need to reschedule or even cancel last minute. Your allotted time is reserved for you, so please inform us immediately if you can’t keep your appointment.

Resonance Acupuncture & TCM enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy, where we reserve the right to charge you for that missed or cancelled appointment*. 

The fee charged for your first missed appointment is 50% of the treatment time (upon the discretion of your practitioner).

Subsequent missed appointments will be charged as the total cost of your treatment time.

If you are unable to make your scheduled time, let me know ASAP to avoid being charged.

* Missed appointment fees are not covered by most extended insurance policies.

Privacy Policy:

All information you provide to us will be kept confidential as required by law under the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004, Ontario. All the details we ask you for will assist in a thorough, effective, and safe treatment plan. We will not share your contact details or health history file without your consent.

*All common areas, including treatment room, front lobby, wait area and washroom are disinfected after each patient.
